The interview consisted of several rounds and constant emails. The recruiter was on top of it and always very communicative. The interview with the partners was an interesting experience as everything flowed as a conversation and didn't feel like your typical interview. Every partner was very kind and kept the conversation going (it was not one-sided).

It was more of a casual conversation with three other people rather than a formal interview setting. The environment felt very relaxed and comfortable, and the interviewer was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to throughout the session.

One initial screening call with HR, I was nervous but really tried to explain why I liked the company and why I really liked that the values aligned well with mine. Sent an after interview thank you email to the recruiter and never received a response. Sent a follow up email a week later because she said she would reach back out after a week and again have not heard since. I eventually decided to withdraw my application. I feel it is important for other candidates to know that this company does in fact ghost applicants they do not want instead of professionally letting them know they were not selected.
