The selection process starts through the application website, where we need to fill in our profile information and upload our résumé. After that, the site unlocks various types of tests, ranging from knowledge-based assessments to day-to-day and situational tests. Then, through the same website, I had the option to schedule an interview.
In this interview, the recruiter explained the process, gave me information about the company, and clarified that the interview wasn’t necessarily for a specific position, but rather to have my profile registered in the system so that, within up to 30 days, they could match me with a role that fits my profile.
The interview itself lasts around 30 minutes and includes questions about professional experience and future expectations, in addition to the recruiter sharing information about the company. Overall, it’s a good selection process.
