After introducing himself and BairesDev, Leonardo focused on validating my data, experience and main qualities. We spoke in English about my past experiences and which area of expertise I was most interested in. I told him about the biggest implementation challenge I had faced, the largest number of people I had ever led. He told me about the hiring process with BairesDev and what the rest of the process will be like, and even if I don't pass, I will still be included in your system's search algorithm.
