      Processo seletivo inclui testes longos, que se não parecerem interessantes pra você de imediato, o RH vai te mandar vários e-mails dizendo o quanto está interessado em que você os realize. Apesar de ceder seu tempo, por volta de 4h só pra responder os testes, você pode não ter qualquer feedback da empresa que vai sumir da sua caixa de entrada, mas aparecer com 40 vagas para o mesmo cargo que você se candidatou em seguida.

      Their application process is a mess. I was contacted through a recruiter, sent over my resume and hours later received an interview invitation from another recruiter; just a calendar event with a date and time assigned. This invitation did not specify on what channel the meeting would take place. It was also imposed without consulting my availability. The day of the interview I was sent a “pre-screening form” via email containing a word document with someone elses information. This was information was not removed to protect their privacy. Several questions where asked in this sheet, including date of birth, and whether I had a US Visa or not (the job is not in the US). About the interview— it consisted of four parts: 1. Review of the pre-screening document: The call is obviously recorded, but again, privacy laws are not observed so you are not made aware of that fact. They go over the document with you, getting you to explicitly agree with whatever information they can deduce from it. 2. Going over your resume + personal questions: In my case the recruiter did not open my resume but instead read what appeared on my LinkedIn. Again, they asked about my age, whether I would be willing to relocate, and lots of info about my previous employer. 3. Logical/Common Sense Questions: You have to answer these questions on the spot so be prepared with paper and pencil. The questions match the ones found in the assessments on the applicant portal. If you did these questions mindfully, you should not worry about this part of the interview. In my case, a non-developer position, I was given hard math GMAT questions. 4. Questions you might have about the position: This was the worst part of the interview. The person in charge of the call is reading off a script. Imagine a call center situation but for an interview. When prompting the interviewer with several questions, including those about the position I was offered through the initial recruiter, I was told they would “assign me to a position” depending on what they considered best. I was given heavily scripted answers that did not answer my questions. They also listed giving me a computer and headsets. needed to work, as one of their benefits. After this interview I was sent a follow up email stating that I would be contacted by yet ANOTHER recruiter. He never contacted me. Instead, I was contacted by ANOTHER recruiter (this is the 4th one at this point), imposing another interview. When I logged in, I waited for 20 minutes without anyone calling. I contacted the person in charge and they said they had made a mistake, no regard for the time I wasted. Now if this were a normal position, I would not be as appalled with the rigorous process. However, you are hired as a contractor. With your salary, you are in charge of everything—healthcare, retirement, taxes, etc., while still abiding by company policies as if you were an employee. If you are someone looking for long-term stability, I do not recommend this company. Finally, the company claims that they hire 1% of talent, and let me clarify on this. Their recruiters are on LinkedIn 24/7 and their job offers are posted on sketchy websites where hundreds, if not thousands, of people apply. This is where they get their 1% from.
