High level intro to the role and company with HR. Was surprised by the testing, especially for a marketing role. Some of my absolutely best marketers did not score well on the analytic portion, we are wired differently.

Started with a quick check to make sure I knew what the company did, followed by some background and skills checks, and then a math and logic test (pretty basic math, but no calculators). I haven't been asked to do math live in a long time, but the strategy/logic questions were easy to answer and explain.
