The interview process takes a few months. I first did a screen interview with the recruiter, then with the program director, then onto three additional select interviews. It was a 3 month process until I got my offer, then I still had to wait a few months until my cohort start date because there's only 3 per year.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, all virtual because of COVID. Each step was different. First interview with recruiter, then the manager for the program, and finally with two advisors.
