First round 2 x case interviews and 1 x behavioural interview, second round 2 x partner interviews (mix of behavioural and case). Case interviews test commercial acumen, ability to structure the problem, overall attitude towards the case, and ability to draw insights from data (including maths) - focus on practicing %s and typical business calculations (e.g. profit margin)

Multiple rounds with Senior managers, associate partners and Partners, Focused on fit and case equally, however case is table stakes to go through to the next stages. Overall lovely people
3 rounds of interviews - 2 each. Pretty straightforward if you come prepared. Interview style has changed over the last years to be more interviewer led. Need to be comfortable with Bain published reports to show high motivation
