Entrevista
The interview process was quite lengthy (5 interviews total + work assignment).
It was as follows:
- HR
- Home assignment
- Technical Interview
- Round of 2 technical and 1 collaboration interview, done in the same day
The experience was overall good. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite, but there were some flaws, namely:
- On the invite of the first technical interview it was mentioned that it would be a review of the coding challenge, with more questions about it, and instead it was a algorithmic problem. Having thought that it was a review of the home assignment made me unprepared for this interview.
- The last batch of 3 interview was quite tiring since the breaks were very small given the duration of the interviews. In the future I would recommend spacing these interview with bigger breaks to give the applicant some breathing room to rest.

Pregunta 1
The work assignment consisted of building a simple backend service using the tools of my choice.
The second interview was a simple algorithmic interview. The last round of 3 interviews consisted of the folowing: 1. backend/frontend integration questions
2. backend specific questions
3. Collaboration exercise with the Head of Engineering

Entrevista
I had an initial (online, due to covid) interview with the People Experience Specialist. He was friendly, gave a lot of info about the company as well as their way of handling internships. A week later I received their decision regarding the position.

Pregunta 1
Basic generic questions, e.g. "Why did you choose badi" and then a few questions regarding my experiences and resume. Not any behavioral questions, nor coding tests- at the first round, at least.
