I was sent an invitation to apply for a post, and got shortlisted after I sent my resume. I was given a technical coding assignment to submit, and was invited for a technical interview with reference to the assignment I made. The technical interview went ok but didn’t get any feedback how I fared. I was supposed to ask more about the details of the job but the other interviewer that’s supposed to represent the team I’m applying for wasn’t there to answer my questions. I waited for a week or two to inquire by email how it went but I was just forwarded to the initial agent who reached out to me but haven’t heard anything from her. Feedback is key and the interview felt like a sinkhole and no update.
