Fue un proceso agil y se comunicaron todo el tiempo conmigo, me explicaron cada etapa del proceso. La reclutadora compartio desde un inicio prestaciones y me dijo sobre la empresa en general, a diferencia de otros procesos que suelen tardar mas, considero este fue agil.

The technical interview was conducted professionally; however, the feedback I received did not fully reflect what actually took place during the interview. Some topics that were clearly and accurately explained were mentioned in the feedback as being “not appropriate,” which does not align with the discussion we had.

They have a standard process, HR , Take home assignment, Team discussion, Culture fit and offer. Based on the take of the team on assignment they set up an interview to discuss the outcome and questions on technical ground of the assignment and also logical questions.
