I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase(Amsterdam) in Aug 2021. The interview process was fast and nice. The recruiter that I worked with was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. The recruiter was always keeping me informed of the next step. Round 1: HR Interview - Clearly explained the role, interview process steps. Round 2: Take home assignment Round 3: Technical Interview - 1 hour detailed interview with a senior team member. Round 4: Cultural Fit Interview - 1 hour interview with my team manager and PO. It was a chat for checking if I match the Backbase culture.

Entire interview process was smoother and faster. Recruiter guided me well through out the hiring process which made me to feel comfortable at each level. Over all I had a great experience.
