The process begins with the company Accion Labs, with a habitual pattern in the interviews, in fact very fast thanks to the tools to schedule interviews and technical exams of Backbase. Also, the time changes in different countries did not affect the process because it automatically made the time changes for my country. It seems to me that after the selection in the hiring process it was extended a little because in my country they changed rules for OutSourcing in which it ceases to exist.

I recently interviewed with Backbase for a Senior System Engineer position, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The interview was rescheduled twice due to the interviewer not joining on time. When it finally happened, the interviewer joined late and asked questions that were not at all relevant to the senior-level role I applied for. As someone currently working in a well-established MNC, I expect clarity on role expectations—however, the questions felt more aligned with a generalist or startup-level profile, lacking depth or alignment with the responsibilities of a Senior Engineer. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional. It seemed like the interviewer wasn’t prepared or aware of my background. Disappointing and not worth the time invested.
