I came across this great opportunity via LinkedIn and then applied for same through Backbase career website.
Recruitment team responded within few days. Interview was 5 step process -
1. Initial screening interview with recruiter
2. Assignment intro and general discussion
3. Assignment
4. Technical interview - Assignment, architecture discussion + mostly iOS related questions
5. Managerial interview - Team management skills, culture fit, scenarios based open ended questions
Recruitment and HR team was very supportive and kept me updated throughout the process.
Intent to offer was released on same day on which managerial interview was cleared and got final offer subsequently within few days.
Overall great process and very helpful team.

Q: What is your favourite architecture pattern and why?
Really liked the interview process. It has 3 stages:
1. Tech Assignment: A typical iOS coding assignment. They check it on different parameters like design, scoping, unit testing, etc.
2. Tech Interview: This will be with 1 or 2 engineer, who refer your assignment as well as ask general question.
3. Culture Fit: General discussion to check your culture fit.
