Have applied for this position online and I got an email within 2 days to schedule for a technical recruiter discussion.
The interview process was quick and HR was very proactive, responsive for all the questions I had.
The process had the below steps:
1) Discussion with Technical Recruiter.
2) Interactive technical discussion with Technical Lead.
3) Manager evaluating the resource abilities.

Entrevista
First there was a call with an HR person. Next step was the interview with a manager. It was a short one, but very professional and to the point. The main focus was on how I would potentially fit the team and what are the specifics of the company and the Polish office. Finally there was a technical interview. First questions were more soft-skills ones, then a technical part that was mostly reviewing or completing existing code with additional questions. The interviewer was very friendly with a helpful approach.

2 Rounds- 1. Technical - Technical round was good and they asked about the java8,Spring,Hibernate/JPA, Rest API. 2. Techno-managerial - Asked about the process and Leadership skills. Asked about previous projects/work experiences, and about current project roles and responsibilities.
