The interview process was long. multiple interviews and a case study. the case study took some prep work.
While the process was long, i believe it was helpful for both parties. Gives backbase a chance to understand strengths and weaknesses and gives the applicant time to showcase their skills and get to know the BB culture

There were 4 rounds - one with the internal recruiter, face to face with line manager, task based round and then a presentation/role play round.
Backbase were fairly quick with the whole process.

1st - HR recruiter casual chat for 30 mins
2nd - Lead Principal BA interview for 45mins
3rd- VP interview for 30mins
4th - Local Member interview for 30mins
5th - Case Study Session - 60mins
