I was asked to take part in an 8 hour UX test. I was provided and dated interface and spent 8 hours generating a beautiful design within the perimeters of the test.
I got rejected because I didn't have B2B2C experience, in the first recruiter interview. The recruiter seemed very friendly, but they were looking for something very specific. I didn't get to the second round to write about it, unfortunately.
