The hiring process is 5 phases 1. Initial phone screening by Recruiter 2. Code Test 3. Technical Interview 4. Non Technical Interview 5. On-site Interview (Covers Technical and Non Tech ) The overall experience was very good. The recruiter was amazing, walks you through the entire hiring phases and helpful at every phase, such a great experience working with recruiter. Coding Test is Standard like a real time enterprise application. You could use a framework you are familiar with like spring, maven etc. Followed by the technical interview, be prepared for everything. The next interview is role specific and finally onsite covers technical, presentation and discussions. Every person you meet are so cool and nice, very friendly and welcoming.
