Applied online, call from recruiter, call with hiring manager. Hiring manager was obnoxious, asked irrelevant questions and put down my previous experience. Randomly asked maths division questions and giggled that they weren’t asked to catch me out. No follow up from HR, no time to ask questions at the end. Came across as very unimpressed. Not reflective of culture on paper. I was uninterested after the interview but really admire the company’s vision.
