I had a virtual interview, Steve seemed genuinely interested in me. Afterward, he emailed me asking for a project—but after I submitted it, I never heard back. I don’t recommend interviewing with this company. It feels like they may be using candidates for ideas without any intention of following up. This is what they requested: "This sample project will be great for my team to see your skills, social strategy, & creativity."
