Entrevista
There were two parts to the interview. The interview and a two and a half hour written test.
Whilst sat in reception, next to what appeared to be either a radioactive tank of water, or a fish tank which had not been cleaned in several decades. waiting for my interview, there was some fracas between a few people out of view, but within earshot. This consisted of a lot of swearing and moaning that they had too much work and management knew about and did nothing. This obviously set alarm bells off in my head, especially as I had already read about this company on Glass Door.
While the interviewers were friendly, I sensed that there wasn't much in the way of preparation for the interview and the questions I was asked could have been answered by reading my CV which they had copies of.
The second part of the test involved writing responses to a small variety of different questions, e.g. testing communication in hypothetical e-mails. The laptop I was given to work on would have been better served as a paperweight as it couldn't handle basic and low intensity applications such as MS word: I had to resort to using notepad!
When I had finished this exam process, I was whisked out of the building rather sharpish.
I was told that I would be contacted about this role within 2 days. This did not happen. When I finally got feedback, I was told that my performance on the test was not what they were looking for, but they couldn't communicate why or address specifically what they were looking for. I thought this was somewhat ironic, given they had tested my on my communication skills.

Very professional and straightforward. The interviewers were welcoming and set a positive tone. They asked thought-provoking questions that assessed my skills, experiences, and problem-solving abilities. I felt a bit nervous initially but quickly gained confidence as I delved into my past achievements and relevant projects. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my responses and engaged in meaningful conversations.
