I was interviewed for a part-time Team Member position in early 2020. It was a very concise and laid-back interview. The manager essentially just asked a few questions listed on a piece of paper and I did not have trouble with any of the simple, typical questions you might expect in an interview of this nature.
All AI interviews, never had a proper face-to-face interview. just got an email saying the company gave me an offer. was a bit strange, and something i was not used to.

Relaxed and conversational interview. My interviewer had a standardised list of questions that I assume all BWS stores ask. We went through each question and it took no more than 20 minutes. I got a call back the same day.
