I met with representatives of BWI at a Career Fair. It was very relaxed and laid back. They didn't try to drill you with questions or make you feel uneasy. I was invited to an interview the next day. Again, it was very laid back. The basic questions were asked, such as; where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your career goals, strengths/weaknesses. About a week later I was invited to Schulenburg for another interview in office. We looked at the warehouse and discussed more in depth the job requirements. Afterwards, they took me to lunch. Overall, it was not a strenuous process.
