Applied for a job through Manpower on BT careers website. Got a call a few days later and the person i spoke to basically just explained the role to me and asked a few questions like 'have u worked for bt before"? After that he told me to do an online assessment. The online assessment is basically testing ur english and maths and gives u examples of when customers r complaining what would you say. ( i got really high score as told by my interviewer). Then u get a telephone interview call and they ask you stuff like (give us an example where you worked towards targets, have uou got experience of working towards sales, what would say is good customer service and how would you continuously and efficiently deliver good customer service...etc.) you get told on that phone interview whether youve been successful of not. If you are successful they book a face to face interview with you. And the face to face interview for me was different than any other ive been to cause the interviewer just asked me 'tell me about yourself' and was happy with my answer and offered me a job! So thrilled and happy! Took less than 40 minutes. And time was only wasted looking for a spare room to do the interview in!
