Recruited by previous colleague with another company. Interviewed with manager and 3 peers of my manager. Standard interview questions. The interview was not a structured interview in that the interviewer had not prepared questions in advance. We started with a review of my resume and all of the questions were related to how I would translate my past experience to success at BT.

60 minute interview where your experience was reviewed. Panel interview with department heads. Relaxed environment as no standard questions asked, focused more on how you would handle certain scenario's. Became clear from the questioning that there was a lack of leadership and strategy.
