They take interview, select you, than take your all personal and confidential documents, than they say position is on hold and do not respond. when I questioned them about documents, than they again said position is open we will initiating the process of joining, than later they again put it on hold. On questioning again, they inducted a small interview on name of joining and later said we can not hire.
