Two interviews and a 90-day plan presentation. The first interview was ok, I went to visit the company and met the area director, we went through my CV and I was asked some questions related to previous jobs. There was also some question about the company culture and the company's products. In the presentation, I was asked to come up with a 90-day plan, where I presented to the director, products manager, local director, and a sales manager.
