In the application form they asked if I had any accessibility requirements for the interview and I requested that the questions be pasted in the chat box as they are asked (ADHD short term memory and auditory processing issues). At the interview they didn’t do this which put me at a disadvantage. One of the interviewers asked pointed questions after each of my answers and would cut me off when I started speaking. They said they would get back to me within a week but I didn’t hear anything for over a month (despite chasing). I emailed my feedback about the lack of accessibility but did not get a response. Disappointing.

Quite smooth a little long-winded. Most questions were relevant with a good chance to explain my prev experience. There was chat about BT as an employer, some of the benefits working with BT etc. Things I was looking for in my next position
