So i have applied for this job from career site and gone for the interview the interview process was relatively slow there was 4 phase of the interview process as said by the HR 1. The aptitude test i cleared it 2. The Extempore round i cleared it quite easy it was. 3. The operation round 1 so for this position you should be very good with numbers and my interview was going quite well until they asked me what is pivot table i know it very well i have practiced practicel sums in pivot table on that point i was not able to recall it i got confused and nervous at the same time so there were some maths related questions also some from accounting i know each and every answer because of some immense pressure and nervousness i couldn't answer those so i got rejected in this round. P.S every manager and even the hr behavior was really good they were really helpful i will again attempt for this after 6months Bt is one of the best company to work for but the interview process was quite tough as compared to other companies what so ever. But the thing is that if you are a fresher like me they will keep you in a contract (Not a Bond) for 15months if you get the job your salary will be a fixed amount with no bonuses no incentives no allowances and 24X7 job environment with no fixed Holidays on sat or Sunday p.s you will get 2 days off they will decide which 2 days of the week.
