Combative and confrontational. Seemed more like a inquisition, but this could be down to the individual and not a reflection on the company itself. Had very little patience for the entire process.

Lengthy, 4 interviews and no feedback at the end. Telephone interview, face to face interview with manager, competency based with manager and final interview with leadership. Didn't get a feel for culture but was very aware there were practically no women apart from on reception or cleaning.
