The interview process started with an online CV submission and soon after a situational judgement test. After this stage was a video interview (which took around 3 weeks to hear back) and then an invite to an assessment centre followed. The assessment centre was very relaxed, and two graduate 'buddys' were on hand throughout the entire day to answer questions and guide candidates. All of the assessors were nice and the tasks were quite fun. Overall this was an enjoyable experience and the whole day ran to schedule, unlike many other assessment centres I have been to.

It was a video interview. The interview consisted of a series of questions. Each question was presented in a video, and then you could record your answer. There was time between each question. You had a couple of tries for each question.
