3 stages of interviews. First with HR. They asked questions bases on previous job soles similar to current position, references and work permits etc. Second with Senior Managers. This is a very basic interview where they ask about your home life, hobbies, etc. Third is with the Manager. Here they ask more about experience working on different systems, problem solving tasks, etc.
