Sat at a table inside a room. With a group. Watched an intro to Working at BT They introduced themselves.
There were 9 of us and they went round asking us about "ourselves" person by person whilst the rest watched (this was the interview)
Then they split us into 2 groups. One group did an activity together and the other went and sat next to a call centre agent and listened in on calls - It wasn't a busy day so I listened to 1 call
As for the group activity, they gave you a list of situations and then asked you to number them from most urgent to least (10 mins to do it) then as a group you were to decide on the same situations and compare them (10 mins also)
Then they asked who would you date and why?
Then we handed in our identifications.
NOTE= Make sure to Take National Insurance number as they will ask for it (mine did at least) and also, They DO NOT accept provisional licenses.
Best best is to take a Passport, Driver's license and NI Number
Foi bem tranquilo, por se tratar de uma vaga trainee eles fizeram uma entrevista em grupo. A minha aplicação foi feita através de uma agência de estudantes, porém o RH da empresa me ligou perguntando se eu gostaria de participar da entrevista. Foi uma entrevista tranquila, como uma conversa, foram feitas perguntas sobre administração do tempo, organização, resiliência

BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
