Two online tests including a personality test and entering data from a voice recording onto the screen Then at a separate time a fifteen minute telephone interview with Manpower.
The final part was an assessment day, which was a group interview with six applicants and two interviewers one from Manpower and one from BT, followed by a short session listening in to live calls and a fairly straightforward group test ranking the importance of calls.
Foi bem tranquilo, por se tratar de uma vaga trainee eles fizeram uma entrevista em grupo. A minha aplicação foi feita através de uma agência de estudantes, porém o RH da empresa me ligou perguntando se eu gostaria de participar da entrevista. Foi uma entrevista tranquila, como uma conversa, foram feitas perguntas sobre administração do tempo, organização, resiliência

BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
