There was no phone or initial interview, just a 1:1 in person. The questions were pretty easy, but the interviewer clearly was new to interviewing. The interview went pretty well and the 'rejection letter' was kind and personalized. The entire application/interview process happened fairly quickly. I'd say it took 2 weeks tops.
