Interview process was very smooth and well communicated. An initial phone call with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the team leader and a separate interview with the team members. All interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes but tended to go over due to good conversation. It was not a typical interview where you have to walk through a set of questions but was more of a conversation about myself, the company and the role to see whether it was a good fit. I was happy to hear back from them after they had made a decision, which is rare these days but very much appreciated!
