Seems to be a very randomly run organization. Got called by someone who seems uncertain of the interview process, she asked me to come in for a technical interview that turned out to be a chat with no direction. I then got called in again for an interview with management. Generally, it's a very casual process where expectation for the interview isn't clear, and it's clear the interviewers are not prepared with questions. No feedback given.
