The interview process was smooth and well-organised. The panel members were welcoming and asked thoughtful questions such as my motivation for joining BRAC and my interest in the role. Their supportive approach made the entire experience positive.

After shortlisting my cv, they called me for the interview and I got selected from multiple interviewees.
They then invited me at their head office where my interview was held

What are the 3 things that you noticed right away when you came?
Casual. The interviewers were friendly. They asked about background, background, experience to the relevant field and extracurricular activities. The process was completed in 2 weeks. The interview was taken at the head office at Mohakhali.

From an initial online test shortlisted candidates are asked for the interview to a four members interview board. Then they shortlisted from the interview and go with the next steps to recruit
