Entrevista
Applied through company website and was contacted by the recruiting team for phone interview with the HR manager. It took two weeks to setup the next phone interview and another two weeks for in person interview. The overall process was slow, and the HR team lost track of information. Declined offer as it was unprofessional and appeared to be unorganized.

Entrevista
I received a call from campus recruiter to discuss about this position. The telephonic call went for 13 minutes to be precise. The recruiter ain't seemed interested but I still tried to indulge her into conversation. I was just asked 3-4 question. It seemed to be one of the best performance ever from my side as I was rejected for more than 10 times. I also had clear advantage to this company as I was selected among the few candidate from San Jose State who got a chance to work on a company's project directly. I was and still will be working on a research project pitched in by BPM but I was expecting an onsite call after the telephonic interview. I clearly mentioned everything about the project but still didn't got a chance to go forward.
Thank you for your response. We take this type of feedback seriously. While our interview process is competitive, I invite you to continue reviewing our open roles. Wishing you much luck with your future interest. Rob Blasi (Chief People Officer)
