Initial call with the recruitment agency and once that was cleared they put me through to the branch manager of the company. And this was a one to one interview . After clearing this round the interview was scheduled with the VP sales and this was a telephonic round where the questions were about the past experience and current expectations. After this round there was the final HR round where there was salary negotiations and thats when the offer letter is offered

Interesting interview with the VP Sales of the company. Was asked about my past experiences and how was i planning to cope with a change in the industry and what were my expectations in terms of salary and other benefits. And finally what are my goals and where do i see myself in the next 5 years
