Extremely long and drawn out. I applied mid-December, did the phone interview a month later, and at the end of February went in for an in-person interview. 3+ weeks and no follow up, even after they said they would provide an update on the status. People were nice to deal with overall and the job seemed like it would've been a great fit. Still would've been nice to at least hear from the recruiter afterwards as a courtesy, since the in-person interview required taking a half-day from work.
