The process was a long 2 round interview process. The process was majorly divided into Technical and HR questions. The HR questions were more on individual goals and Future plans, where as the technical interview was more on the explanations of the products and services they offer.
Good experience , the interview was tough and too technical . Multiple rounds were conducted. Overall it was seamless and worth it. BNY MELLON has a great history to talk on.
15-minute screening and then 2 30-minute full interviews. Felt conversational and asked standard bevavioral questions, such as "tell me about a time when you've led a project" etc.
I did not have to take any technical screenings as I was interviewing for the People Team.
