Relaxed, friendly, informative. They focused mainly on systems analysis questions that dealt with fund accounting. They asked about my experience and for me to provide examples of my accomplishments. They also asked questions of dealing with change and how to handle those who resist it.

I went through campus recruitment, interviewed for Financial Reporting Specialist role, there I did not get selected. But after may 4-5 weeks I was again approached Senior Fund Accounting role. Interview process was easy enough, no difficult questions just behavioral questions and basic finance should be prepared.
