The hiring process was normal. Had an initial phone interview with BNY Mellon recruiter followed by two rounds of interviews. One with direct manager and one with the team I would be working with. Basic questions- remember the interview being easy and straight forward.

Entrevista
The interview process was very short. I interviewed directly with the Director of the project I would be working on. I had previous experience with BYNM and therefore built relationships with the Director and team members.
