Experience was not good for me and reason behind it being rejecting me just because I am a women and I might go on maternity leave in future as per the interviewers’ thoughts... And these were the words from the interviewer who interviewed me for the second round and surprisingly she was also a women... People now a days talk about bridging the gender gap and the pay gap between men and women... This is a serious issue and should be solved first before bridging any other gap... Very bad culture is being cultivated in such a big firm... This needs to checked on immediate basis by the higher management....
