Carried out over the course of two days, the GLDP hiring process began with an introduction on day one, with a memo of what day two would hold. Being 1 of 3 candidates, we each had 4 different tasks to carry out at different times. These included a presentation with 35 minute prep time, a roleplay scenario with 15 minutes prep time, a digital test and finally a group project.

This is the best interviewing experience ever. Although I was not accepted for this position, I received a remarkable experience and feedback to help me develop my weaknesses and remain the strengths :) The recruitment team has offered the BRILLIANT support till the last minute of the assessment center day. I wish our path crosses again in the future! I do impress in the interviewing process here!
