Somebody recommended me and I was called a few weeks after I applied. I had 2 telephones interviews, one with a manager, another with the team leader and a manager. It begun with the classic questions to investigate how my application and profile fitted to the role. Then moved on to some practical issues/questions/problems, regarding the strategic and marketing aspects of the team goal and role. It is necessary to have a quick understanding of the AS particularities and be very creative, ask a lot of questions.
