I had a Quick Video Chat with a senior manager before the interview.I
At the end, I realized that this position is 100% commission base so that I was not picked for the interview.
It consisted of 4 interviews for nearly an hour each. Very tedious process. They were great to speak, with and they made the interviews feel informal and casual. But still long and time consuming.

It was scheduled over phone and the HR person took my interview was awesome and advised me a lot of good things for my job search. Finally I was not in a position to meet their requirement of book of business.
