I applied through their ATS but the recruiter only communicated with me through LinkedIn, which is odd. This person setup an interview with me, but then no-showed. I waited on the call for about 30 minutes. It was pretty upsetting, as this was a job I was very interested in pursing. When I followed up with the recruiter, they said just said they had a "busy day". It was really unthoughtful.
