A email about phone interview and a personal interview with branch manager and assistant branch manager. After the interview, manager gave me a oral offer and send me some paper works and require background check, references check and credit check by their HR company

1) Sales experiences. It is all about sales. They like me about being confident and good at sales. I don't have any financial experiences. 2) make sure you have experiences about balancing the transations. 3) being mobile is important cause they need you to help at another branches sometimes.
4) Tell me about your goal in the 5 years. I simpely just say I want to be a Financial Advisor in the future and plus I have been already looking for some information online about how to get it.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
