Pretty standard, sit down with the branch manager and get asked situational questions about past customer service and the ability to upsell products as it is a main goal to give customers products that benefit them while earning BMO revenue.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
